We want you to be completely satisfied with your Eleven Femme purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

Return Window: You may return eligible items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, final sale items, swimwear (unless defective), bodysuits, and accessories marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via our website at elevenfemme.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

We are happy to assist with size exchanges subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team through our website to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping charges.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label.

Please contact our customer service team for instructions regarding international returns. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on the return shipment.

In some cases, we may offer store credit for returns. This credit will be issued via an electronic gift card to your email and can be used for future purchases at elevenfemme.com.
